It's easy to read and has a lot of reference pictures.Seems to be just the right size for a flip-through.The only thing I will say that could be an issue is the organization of the book.Sometimes transitions are a little jumpy.In the Index it appears that they organize it by who they are speaking about so if you aren't looking for the information in that way it may be more difficult for you to find.
