This litter lives up to its name! I've had my two large breed cats for just over three years now, so I've always used the mulit cat formula. I like it because:*It has great ODOR CONTROL. I have never, nor has anyone else who has been in my house, ever complained of "litter box smell." And, the litter box is located in the bathroom adjacent to entrance. I'm also diligent about scooping the box daily, not so much for odor control, but for their health and hygiene too.*UNSCENTED. I'm very sensitive to odors, fumes, and "scented" products that attempt to mask odors. I don't even like perfumes or candles. So I really like that the multi cat formula has no obnoxious perfumes in it. Cats are sensitive to smells too, so I think they appreciate it as well.*SCOOPS EASILY. I scoop daily to keep the box as clean as possible for my two big boys who are 14 lbs and 20 lbs, and this litter clumps really nicely. It doesn't stick to the bottom or sides of the box either.*IT FLUSHES. I can only speak for myself, but let me say that I have town water and sewer, and have been flushing the litter daily for over three years, and have never had a problem. If you don't want to or are unable to flush, you don't have to. But if you do, then here you go! No bags, no odors, no expensive disposal systems. Scoop, flush, done! Beautiful!*LESS DUST. I really only notice minimal dust when I pour half a bag of fresh litter into the box after I wash it. There's no dust at all when I scoop every day, although the litter box does have a hood, so that probably helps contain dust.*IT LASTS. I find that one bag of litter (28 lbs) lasts about 6 months. You'll know it's time to change the litter when the texture becomes more like a powder. When it's fresh it's granulated. But of course, how long it lasts depends on the number of cats, number and size of litter boxes, how often cats go, how messy they are, personal preferences, etc. For my cats, I have the Nature's Miracle corner litter box with a hood. It's very wide and deep, and I fill with about half a 28 lb-bag of litter at a time. And as mentioned, I scoop daily, which helps with cleanliness and odor prevention.*WORTH THE MONEY: This litter may be more expensive up front, but with all the benefits compared to other cat litters, I feel it's worth it!
