Great dog food. No meals in this product which is WONDERFUL &RARE. EXCELLENT Job HALO!It's just a high quality food that even the cats want! Lol! But seriously, if you can afford this chicken stew, your dog will be happy!! I use it as a topper with a very high quality kibble!My dog loves the food but the cans were all dented badlyDog loves this foodHave tried lot’s of different ones but I finally got the one he will eatThis was one of our senior terrier’s all-time favorite foods. Sadly, had to discontinue use when she developed Pancreatitis, as the “Minimum 6% crude fat” content exceeded her new dietary requirements.Prior to that, this was one of the magic foods without junky fillers that could be mixed into kibble or any other less appealing ingredients to make dinner inviting to her. The use of salmon and turkey felt more sustainable, humane, and heart-healthy compared to beef, duck and chicken dog foods, so to us it was worth it to pay the premium price for this brand.She + we regret having to remove this from her menu.So disappointed with their 'new' food. There is no Succulent Salmon - it has been replaced by Turkey, Chicken Liver & Salmon mix. It is predominantly Turkey. The ingredients listed are from the older Spot's Stew. Spot's Stew is no more.They have increased protein & fat. Broth has been moved up the ingredient list. They may not use 'meal' but what the heck is their broth composed of? Check the image/picture of the ingredient list from the can for a more accurate look of what's now inside.We've been using Spot's Stew both Salmon & Beef for many years, around five - it has so helped our pet. He has preferred this over so many others and it has been great for his digestive process.It may be all the goodness they say it is but please notify us of such significant changes.Their website is glowing with the new foods yet they offer no reason for the drastic change in food ingredients and Guaranteed Analysis: a 30% increase in protein & a 40% increase in fat with this Succulent Salmon replacement. Turkey as a main ingredient is not a one-to-one replacement for Salmon. Turkey, turkey broth, chicken liver and then fourth in the list is Salmon.Our dogs might like it but, IMHO, Halo made a bad decision to not notify us of the detailed aforementioned changes.We have to slowly transition the little pooch over not knowing what might happen and the long term results irrespective of what Halo states. Our little one had long suffered with digestive issues.They did this to the Beef Stew, too: a 30% increase in protein & fat and, broth is now the second ingredient over beef liver.They said that 14 out of 20 dogs preferred it - meaning 6 out of 20 didn't - that's 30% rejection rate.My dog loves this food, but shame on me for not double checking the quantity shipped. It’s ONE unit EACH, not a 6-pack or so. Yes, $23 dollars for 1 can. This will be returned, I’d like my 23 dollars back so I can purchase 12 actual small cans. This seller deserves to be taken off Amazon for swindling people- they purposely set the price to be close to/same as what others sell the can packs at, so that someone shopping in a hurry buys without looking twice.Side note- the Halo brand food is great.Was great quality food - dogs love itThis is the only canned dogfood my Pom has ever liked. The service was excellent.
