So far its working great! It came off one time but that was because my cat figured out how to wedge herself under the couch and back out of it. Since blocking that off, it's stayed on wonderfully for the last week! I got the medium and it fits my 16 lb cat great. It blocks her from reaching stitches on her stomach. My favorite thing is how it gives her a pillow to lay on. Seems much more comfortable than even the soft collar our vet gave us.
